Does this kit include a pair or just one 3 components set?

A pair! It's a great kit, I ordered three so I didn't have to wash one pair over over and over while pumping at nite and half asleep and then could just wash them all in the morning :)

Are these parts compatible with Medela Swing Maxi Double Breastpump?

Yes it's compatible with Medela Swing Maxi. Both Freestyle and Swing Maxi all has the same accessories.

Has anyone used these with another machine? I like that they are flat but have the Hygei Q and am doubting they would be compatabe

I use these with my Spectra S2. I just used a spare Medela tubing set I had and cut out the yellow tubing attachments and inserted them into my Spectra tubing. I had a Q in the past, and although I didn’t try it at the time, I believe it would work the same way.

Does this work with Freestyle Flex, or only Freestyle?
