Defective! Buzzing sound
I may be harsh on pre Sonus for giving a 3 star...but the phantom power button added a weird buzzing sound/noise onto my recordings...sent it back.Some recordings that were done where this problem wasn't there...the recordings were perfect. I will take away some points for 2 things - volume control function and knob placement not so great...plus why would anyone add a headphone input on the back of the unit?? It should be easy to plug in the headphones and swap them with other Monitoring headphones if you have to.Build Quality is great...If the company wants to give me a huge discount I will consider buying a new non defective unit in the near future.

Item condition is listed as new but it is NOT new. It is refurbished. I couldn't even register it with Pre Sonus to get the needed drivers downloaded without over a week of back and forth with support. Why would anyone ever get a refurbished product just to save $11? If it wasn't for the total hassle or returning and buying one in actual new condition, I would absolutely do so.

Product not working.
Mic preamps input 1 is doesn't work . It always happen When i purchase from Amazon renew products. Why amazon provide always this kind of bad facility to its customers... Not even 1 time its always happen renew products. Highly recommend not to purchase renewed products from amazon

Parts of the product missing!!!
I haven't received the USB cable to connect the interface which is supposed to come with the product!!!
