For Dry Goods this unit can not be beat. This writer uses it for scooping flour, baking mixes, and ready to use waffle and pancake mixes. Overall it is worth purchasing and made to last a very long time, which makes it an heirloom piece.

Very good quality and the right size
I have a refrigerator with a freezer drawer on the bottom with an in-the-freezer ice cube maker. This is the perfect scoop for scooping out the ice. It was the right size for me and it is very high quality. I recommend it.

Good size. Durable. Down part is …. ice freezes to the scoop so it needs to be stored out of the ice ben.

It’s great for scooping cat and dog foods
It’s sturdy and looks nice. It’s easier to scoop pet foods out of big bags than try to pour it out. I am an average size gal but would like the handle just a bit longer for long term use. I have what I call the thundering herd, so while it’s edges are not sharpe and it is well made a little length would make a very good scoop a great one!

Ergonomic handle
Much easier to pick up and hold with the ergonomic handle. I'm using it for ice cubes and it can hold a lot but since it's supposed to be stainless steel, don't buy it for use with ice as the edges are rusting!
