Broke before install!
I took this out of the package to install, when I loosened the screws to install the wires, the button assembly broke!Poorly made!!

Ding Dumb, I’d Look Elsewhere.
I want to give this product 1 star, but it’s working (for now) and it looks ok. I would return, but have already drilled holes in my house to accommodate it.I wanted a round doorbell and took a chance on this one after reading other reviews.The other negative reviews are spot on, it’s super flimsy and poorly made. The button itself does not fit flush in the housing (minor, but still) and even started to pop out on while installing. The screws the connect the wires are just a little too small making what should be a super easy project frustrating. With a little more effort it could a decent product.

Beautiful but flimsy
It looks beautiful but is very flimsy. The included screws stripped right away and I ended up having to rip it off destroying it. It is hard to find nice buttons that are not flush mount, this one looks great but the materials are light weight and not sturdy in the least.

Does NOT Work
I ordered this item and was not able to install it until after the return window closed. It does not work. You may want to choose an item from a different company.
