Good quality product!
Bought it for my wife and made some trials upon umboxing. It's difficult to handle for beginners but somehow she managed to balance later on. The inner beads will surely gives you the benefits of shaping your body in the long run. Hoop size gives you more intensity level and more sweat than the regular one. Much better doing with music..it's more fun!
