Soft, safe, and effective
This is a great heating pad. It is very user-friendly and works wonderfully. I love how it has a setting that will automatically turn off after a certain amount of time and the hottest level is still safe. The material is very soft and comfortable and the size is perfect For larger surface area coverage.

Soft and Warm Large Heating Pad
It doesn't get real hot, just enough heat for me. It's nice and large so you don't have to adjust very much. Fabric is soft and cozy! I recommend this heating pad highly.

It’s HUGE and stays warm all night
This is my third purchase of the Pure Enrichment heat pads. This review is of the 20”x24” heat pad. It’s super soft and very flexible, so you can wrap it around a knee, arm, or your side. They are absolutely the best- easy to wash and have multiple settings on the easy to read controller including a “stay on” button. The first one I got a couple years ago and works like it was just taken out of the box, even after multiple washings and lots of use! So, I can at least say my first one has lasted over 2 years. The cord is extra long, so no extension cord is needed. They come in different sizes and colors and I also have bought my third one which is 12” x 24”. Best value for a high quality heating pad that is designed thoughtfully. The blinking light is an easy fix, just unplug and let it rest for a while, then it works just fine again for me. If you have a problem, their customer service is spot on- just reach out to them. They are awesome.Others have fallen short and don’t hold up, I’ve had other brands and this one is the best.

Excellent Reviews
Love this heating pad! Lots of options with heat settings and the option of setting the controls to continue heating for 2 hours and then shut off or continue to stay on. I did a lot of research before I bought this particular heating pad. The reviews, extra large pad, beautiful serene color and the 9’ cord were the reasons I selected this one!

Pros and Cons re Heat, Size? Read this!
Let me start by saying that this heating pad in general is great for what I need. It is a nice size, the extra width is good (and I am a slim woman) so better than a 12 inch wide one if you want more coverage or wrapping power. It is soft and the controls are easy to use.Now for the nitty gritty. I am 5'9". I had a Sunbeam before this that lasted 2 years. 20 years ago I had surgery for a severe herniated disk and now my vertebrae are slowly degenerating. I like to spend an hour break on a cold, NY day to warm my back and neck as well since it is often tight from tension. In general, I do not require much heat. I simply want comfort. With my Sunbeam pad, I would have the setting at 1 with clothes on. It had 8 settings and got REALLY hot! Today, I experimented with this in the buff, similar to being at a massage therapist. I lightly sprayed it for moist heat. Then I started at 1 and gradually worked my way up to 6. I would say that the 3-4 setting is similar to the 1 on the Sunbeam. Each higher setting of this pad would get a little warmer, however my back adjusted to the temperature in about 30 seconds. Setting 6 was a nice comfortable heat, NOT HOT. I personally am okay with that. However, if you have severe pain, this will not be like the packs that you have at the physical or massage therapist. Not even close. If you want serious heat, this pad is NOT for you! Coming out of back spasms and finishing with cold packs, this pad just doesn't do it for softening muscles. Yes, I know that reviewers have used thermometers to check the heat. In my opinion, they are incorrect. I'm the type of person who can barely get into a hot tub and I was warm, not hot, using this. The Subeam is definitely stiffer but not terrible. It is much hotter and less expensive. I can't speak for other brands. The other subject is coverage. As I said, I am 5'9". The pad covered from the top of my shoulder to halfway down my butt. I can move it around of course which is alright with me. However, if you are my size or taller and want fuller coverage, definitely get a larger pad. This says XXL and is 20'x24". Please take your body size into consideration! All in all, I think this is a lovely, well made heating pad. The carry bag is a nice plus. For my purposes, it is great. People have different needs though. At this price point, it is important to think about your exact needs.

Absolutely, the best heating pads
I LOVE these heating pads and I can literally say that I feel like they have saved my life during long winter months. I use a back/neck pad draped over the back of my chair and a small rectangular pad on my lap, which makes my chair heavenly. Their customer service is outstanding, (Scott’s an angel)and each item has a 5 yr warranty. I’ve purchased these as gifts and recommend them to everyone, I’ve had other brands to compare with. I’m happy to write this review as I said before, I really love these heating pads.

Love it!
Love the larger size, the soft covering that doesn’t shift, and the ability to not automatically turn off. Helps wonderfully for the lower back pain after my long work days.
