Interesting read, but another drop in quality from the start.
The Start of this story is painful to read, however as it goes on the quality slowly improves. I would recommend reading a different series at this point.

The least Grimgar of Fantasy and Ash book of them all yet
Painstaking to read through. And an ending that makes everything that happened pointless. Get the party back to grimgar and back on track as adventurers with a purpose. These last few books have no character goals, no purpose, and little impact. Nonsensical writing and jabbering Volume 14.

I Hate You...
Just finishing this book after an all-nighter(worth it? That's has yet to be decided by my sleep deprived brain.) However, this was quite the entertaining ride for Haruhiro and Co. With the continued, strangeness that is Parano, I was happy to have fresh take on the story and be rewarded with some much needed character/plot progression.Only to be left with more questions and another agonizing cliffhanger....This guy doesn't wright fast enough.

How you gonna make a cliff hanger like that?!
Welp. Great end to a another great arc. The cliffhanger has got me dying. I wish i would have waited til the next book dropped first..... Gdi

Plot was good but a lot of fillers.
Plot was good but didn’t need those fillers. There were a lot of writing/descriptions that wasn’t needed. 70% was good, 30% not needed/boring/convoluted.

Grimgar continues again
Another interesting entry in the series with another cliffhanger. The author certainly knows how to grab you. Still many rpg influences as well.

Paran-no boring dimension but still good book
It's more of the dimension I'm not a big fan of. However, it is still well written and has me looking forward to the next book.

Please, I need to know what happens next
Probably one of my favorite volumes of Grimgar. The pacing, character development, and twists kept me glued to the pages and when I finished it, I felt dread at the fact that now I need to wait to see what happens next... I'm looking forward to the development!

Not an enjoyable read
(SPOILERS AHEAD) I found this a pretty boring addition to the series, it amost seemed like the author has finally run out of ideas, and the ending makes it seem as though everyone has been reset back to the beginning, so any desire to read the next volume is pretty low.

Really enjoyed it
I really wanted to give this 5 stars for personal enjoyment, but some things made me reconsider that. I am going to go into that, briefly, so I can move on to the things that I enjoyed in this volume.Firstly, almost half of this volume is backstory. I really enjoyed all the backstories, but, they went on for way too long. All of them could’ve been cut by half and it would still be as enjoyable.Secondly, the way the story changes the character’s perspectives all the time is kinda annoying. This does not happen just in this volume, but also in many others. The reason why I don’t like it is because you are so immersed in a perspective but suddenly it just changes and you have to adapt to it very quickly. Of course, I could simply skip the other character’s perspective, continue the one that I was reading and come back after some time, but it doesn’t feel right to me. One thing that I love about grimgar of fantasy and ash is the immersion that I feel. Sudden changes break that immersion and make the story flow weirdly. Now that the negative points are out of the way, I’m going to talk about the positive things. First of all, I LOVE Parano. It has such a great atmosphere, so mysterious, beautiful, unpredictable and ominous. Moreover, it’s really fun to see how haruhiro party struggles to adapt to such an odd world. The next thing that I want to talk about are the characters. The chemistry between Alice C and haruhiro is just great, they are an amazing duo and Alice is a really interesting and complex character. You never really know what she is truly thinking; she is harsh but has a little bit of a sweet side. She is very similar to haruhiro in some ways and the complete opposite in other ways. Overall, she has been a really fun character. All the other characters that showed up in this volume were entertaining and to know their backstory made me like them even more. Kuzaku was really odd in this volume, mostly because he has been really obsessed with haruhiro. I wonder where their relationship will go… kuzaku might start to like haruhiro in a romantic way in the future…Lastly I just want to mention that I hate and love how this LN always ends in a huge cliffhanger. That’s pretty much all I wanted to say, really recommend this to anyone that enjoys grimgar of fantasy and ash and I’m super excited for the next volume.

Not really a bonus
Despite the + in the title it's not a bonus volume (at least not completely). The first part is bonus, 3 short stories taking place during vol1, one on goblins, one on Manato and one on Shihoru training. All 3 are good, the Manato one especially since it brings way more depths to his character. The second part on the other hand is anything but bonus, it follows Ranta on his training/journey throughout Grimgar. And for thoose who didn't like him, fear not as he has matured a lot throughout his journey, and while deep done he is still a Ranta he is also way more "lovable". But more importantly his journey give us a look at the other races situation and add what vital set up information for vol15.Overall a really good volume, vol 14++ should give us some more info especially and what Yume as been up to, but I'm already hype for what vol15 seems to have in store.

Niceeeeee
First chapter was weird, and i dont know if it has anything to do/or add to the main story, but the next champters were totally amazing, i like how everything fit with the actions of Manato, so the author planned this from the beginning. I liked a lot Yume's story of how she began, and also Shihoru's introduction to the 'real magic' she developed. Last chapters were totally amazing, we finally have Ranta back and he has evolved a lot, nice development there, and in a way he's still the same Ranta we all know. I wonder how much time has past since the others lost their memories. Cant wait to read Vol 14++ and Vol 15!!!

Nice.
It's finally back to some normalcy. The previous volumes got me worried. Thanks for this series Ao Jyumonji. 14++ though.
