When I saw this pan, I had to have it. My whole family loves when I make "egg rolls" with this. It's simple, and fun, and they taste so good. Non stick without using oil. It washes easy. This is a YES. Treat yourself and you will see how easy and fun making a Japanese omelet is. I loved this pan so much I bought the larger size too!

This is our second purchase of this Tamagoyaki pan, and for good reason—it’s my husband’s absolute favorite pan to use when making egg rolls. I just received this item so the four stars as I can't speak to its durability over time. Regardless, I am very happy with the pan for its size and performance. It is useful for a single serving of hash browns and meat. It is best for a perfect omelette that can be rolled or folded. It cooks the eggs uniformly which I find most useful. A definite plus addition to my kitchen.

Absolutely one of the best purchases I have made. It just made cooking eggs and making omelets so much easier. It definitely is non-stick and you just need a bit of oil to make sure everything cooks evenly throughout the whole pan. Washing it is extremely simple as well. This is a quality item. I would definitely recommend it. A++

This is a beautifully made tamagoyaki pan. The medium pan is a perfect size for 2-3 people. Has a good weight but not overly heavy. Handle is thoughtfully placed well away from the heated cooking surface. I'm looking forward to making yummy tamagoyaki at home now.

I got this pan to replace another tamagoyaki pan that i lent out and never got back. I didn't really have any expectations for this pan because I got it as a last minute replacement but I've got to say, this pan is really good. The non-stick quality is better than I expected, when heated and lightly oiled properly, this pan doesn't really stick. The tamagoyaki does stick a little (that may just be user error) but things like fried eggs (like sunny side up) just lift off the pan. The heat distribution is really good, i haven't had any hot or cold spots. The durability is also pretty good, even though it has a few scratches caused by metal utensils being used on the pan, the non-stick quality is still pretty good, it only sticks a small bit. Cleaning is a breeze (normally) I just go over the pan with a paper towel to catch excess oil on the pan and in the corners (not necessary but I don't like the black oil/grease stains on my sponge) and lightly clean using a soapy sponge. One thing that I will emphasize with this pan is do not use cooking spray (like PAM) on it! It will form black crusty-like film that will be really difficult to remove and it will just build up over time. Also, this pan does take some getting used to. In the beginning until you know how to properly heat and oil the pan, your food will probably stick. Be patient, stick to it and keep trying and eventually you'll get the hang of it. After my 12-inch T-Fall pan, this is one of my favorite pans to use.

Fan de cuisine du Monde et Asiatique, je suis ravie de cette poêle qui vaut largement son prix, pas excessif et amplement justifié ! Je l’ai achetée en grande taille, parfaite pour une omelette roulée à la Japonaise pour deux (je mets environ 5 œufs moyens de plein air et labellisés bleu-blanc-cœur, et varie la garniture : épinards, fromage, légumes, dashi en poudre…) !! Elle atteint vite la température souhaitée, a un revêtement en téflon épais et de qualité qui ne raye pas, est compatible tous feux (gaz, induction…), répartit parfaitement la chaleur en ses 4 coins, n’attache pas même avec une quantité très modérée d’huile, est facile à nettoyer, légère mais robuste, esthétique, d’une prise en main et d’une préhension aisées… Sa profondeur est minime donc pour préparer ou réchauffer des plats en sauce elle n'est pas idéale. Mais je l’utilise de plein d'autres manières: pour faire griller du bacon, des steaks, des asperges (la forme carrée prend là tout son sens), des œufs au plat, une portion individuelle de riz de la veille sauté au kimchi, des dosas Indiens, des pancakes, des gyozas… Bref, elle est performante et polyvalente, et permet des usages plus que variés en plus de présentations et formes originales (une crêpe carrée c'est super rigolo pour les enfants!). Un gros coup de cœur, je suis fan et la recommande sans réserve !!

This is the little sibling of my amazing Tefal Pan. Although I was in doubt when I received it as it looks so small, I decided to give it a try as to avoid the hassle of return purchase. It was super super amazing!!! For someone who likes to cook a quick meal for one or two this is just perfect!!! Supreme stickless!

Die Pfanne wurde zeitgemäß und ohne Schaden geliefert. Sie wirkt erst einmal klein, aber eine Omelettrolle mit 4 Eiern für den Snack unterwegs reicht tatsächlich für 3 Personen bzw. man kann sich 3 einzelne (gefüllt nach belieben) Rollen zum Frühstück oder ein rechteckiges Omelett darin zaubern. Auch lassen sich ein paar Bacon sehr gut und ohne anbappen knusprig anbraten. Tipp: gefüllte Pfannkuchenrollen gelingen garantiert. Wir geben 1-2 Tropfen Öl hinein, streichen die Pfanne kurz damit ein - so wird alles an der unteren Seite nicht zu schnell trocken (unsere Erfahrung). Für die Speisen zum Wenden oder Rollen benutzen wir eine Grill-Plastikzange, somit haben wir nach monatelangen Benutzen noch keinen einzigen Kratzer oder Pick. Auch waschen wir sie mit der Hand ab, was superleicht geht, da nichts darin festklebt. Sie funktioniert anstandslos, der Griff ist fest, die Pfanne liegt gleichmäßig auf, leider hat man mit runden Kochfeldern links und rechts die Energieverschwendung. Die Farbe Lila ist Geschmacksache. Wir sind begeistert und geben all unsere Daumen hoch.

El primer sarten de este modelo lo compre para mi madre, y le duro años, ahora que me case compre uno para mi casa y mi esposa se encargo de destruirlo en menos de 6 meses, creo que el producto es maravilloso pero si se debe tener en cuenta que se debe de cuidar, no solo usarlo y dejarlo sucio por días y después tallarlo Super fuerte para que se limpie.
