Excellent product,at a great price. It arrived in great packaging, it arrived exactly on time , there is no damage, product is in date, it had no odor. Not beneficial for energy. The item absorbes well. No known side effects. The idea of this medication is to take when you need support for cardiovascular and cognitive health and maintaining healthy homocysteine levels.

I would say this pill is the size of a baby aspirin, albeit a little thicker. It is very easy to swallow. This supplement is medically necessary for me to take because of other medications I must take. It is a reliable, economical way to get the supplemental coverage I need. I have had no issues with taking this whatsoever.

I take this to prevent any canker sores. Prior to taking this, I was getting at least one canker sore a month and it would take like two weeks to go away. After taking this, I get literally zero now unless I accidentally bite myself. Even then, I pair this with Lecithin to promote healing. Excellent product for a smooth ride on productivity although i took a second dose at the 8 hour mark as I dont sit down for work and family committments and have move toward the higher dose for this product line
