Having bought these before from this seller I knew where to return to when I needed to top up my spice cupboard.These Szechuan peppercorns are the real deal. I gently dry fry them for a couple of minutes (on medium heat) then grind them with mortar and pestle before adding them to my recipe.Will definitely be back for other spices soon.
