Great product, it does great with my Crpyts, Anubis’s really helps with growth of my plants !Love it been using it for years have tried other products but always go back to this one Brightwell Aquatics did good on this one , way to go!!

As an experienced hobbyist who takes care of extremely demanding aquatic plants……don’t buy this stuff. It’s SUPER diluted to the point I Myself dumped in the entire bottle in a span of just ONE WEEK for a 20g, AND my tank is Nitrogen DEFICIENT. How do I know? 1) Tested the water about a dozen times: 0 ppm readings. 2) Algae related deficiencies and stunted plant growth. Granted I have a very heavy plant load and running CO2, but that’s just absurd. No Idea how it’s rated so highly rated and almost out of stock. STAY AWAY!My API nitrate test kit was defective, however I'm still not sure of how effective this stuff is compared to just buying dry ferts like potassium nitrate. A 1 lb bag of raw potassium nitrate salt is like $5 or less, and will last way longer because of it's potency, you just have to know what you're doing.

The actual product works great. The instructions say to shake before using, but there's no rubber gasket inside the cap. It leaks even with a very small shake no matter how much you tighten the top. Luckily sodium nitrate crystals are to clean up. I might buy a gasket for 30 cents, but considering it says to shake it, I would have expected the bottle to be able to handle it without leaking.

My plants were almost dead (brown and drooping) as soon as i added this in the next day they were green as anything!

Excellent nitrogen additive. Be careful with overdosing. Great alternative if you are trying to get away from the Seachem monopoly. All of my plants are thriving, starving out algae.
