This stuff is incredible. The "effervescent fizz" version is even better.
Tickle in the throat, cough, post nasal drip. General body aches and blah feeling. This is now my go-to, even before Nyquil. It works fast, but the fizzy tablet version is even faster. Weird to think that this company started out with heartburn relief tablets and a "Plop plop, fizz fizz" jingle that lives rent free in my head 40 years later.

Best Brand For Me!
Really helps relieve my symptoms. This is the best brand for me. The nighttime ones really help me get restful sleep when I'm feeling awful. Only complaint is that they can be hard to swallow with an already sore throat because of the size and the coating. A very little downside given then relief they give me.

Works well, can really feel the difference when on this medication! I've been struggling with sinus issues for at least a couple of months now and this medication works best at the time! The pills are easily swallowed.

Does what it’s supposed to
My preferred go-to. Pills are truncated- like squished on the long ends to make shorter and slightly wider. I find them easier to swallow than traditional oblong.
