Sunglasses to me is a necessity because we have sunshine year-round where we live. The more anything is used, the probability of it breaking or being misplaced increases -- watching what salt water from scuba diving does to sunglasses is painful. So after going through a few high-end sunglasses, I finally said, "No more"! When the THG sunglasses arrived, I was disappointed with its feel of cheap plastic -- but for the price, what am I expecting? (So do keep this point in mind.) The 2 criteria in which I rate the THG sunglasses are: Is it doing its job? The answer is "yes". How is it holding up? I have been wearing it everyday since I got it in May 2014. I wear it when I go biking, but no scuba diving yet. If it last a year, I will give say it's worth every penny.
