Thank Goodness!
I got it to work. 0-600C! Better range than the other brand's (A.F.) standard unit. Code's hard to find. But the PDFs tell all (in Chinese). Someone listed a quick and clean piece code for this specific unit on Stackexchange. Thank goodness this listing emphasizes the 3.3V VCC requirement! Almost lost it!BTW-Anybody know the focal range of the device? The PDF says only that the test range was 3cm...

Seems to work perfectly on arduino
Does not work with wiringPi lib on Raspberry Pi

Easy to interface to Arduino with sample code
The sensor works well with an Arduino. When connecting to the Arduino, be sure the sensor's Vdd is connected to 3.3V. Do not connect to 5V. This sensor is much faster than a contact sensor. If the fast response is undesirable, one will need to implement filtering such as averaging. Amazon rejects reviews with links including useful working code. If you're comfortable working with this sensor, you'll knows how to find code examples.

Exactly As Described
Great product, very easy to interface with Arduino. It's fairly accurate and the datasheet has a spectral response curve, which I was happy to see. Highly recommend as an alternative to the MLX90614 (which does not have a response curve).

Easy use and program!
I connected the MCU with IIC, it works great and it can gets the accurate temperature. I think the program is pretty easy, recommend!
