A Game-Changer for Neck and Back Support
โญโญโญโญโญ (5/5) Iโve tried countless pillows over the years, but none have provided the support and comfort that this therapeutic, chiropractor-approved pillow offers. After using it for several weeks, I can honestly say it has made a noticeable difference in my sleep quality and overall comfort. Here's why I highly recommend it: Ergonomic Design for Perfect Neck Support The first thing I noticed about this pillow is its ergonomic design. It's specifically crafted to support the natural curvature of your neck and spine, which has made a huge difference in reducing my neck stiffness and lower back pain. I no longer wake up with aches or tension in my neck, which was a constant issue with my previous pillows. Chiropractor-Approved Comfort As someone whoโs struggled with posture issues, I was thrilled to discover that this pillow is chiropractor-approved. The design really focuses on spinal alignment, and I feel supported throughout the night. The pillow gently cradles my head while providing optimal support, promoting better posture while I sleep. Adjustable Loft for Personalized Comfort One of my favorite features is that this pillow comes with adjustable loft options. I can easily customize the pillowโs thickness to suit my preferred sleeping position (side, back, or stomach). Whether I need a firmer or softer feel, itโs simple to adjust to get the perfect fit for my body. High-Quality, Hypoallergenic Materials The materials used in this pillow are top-notch. Itโs made with hypoallergenic filling and a breathable cover that stays cool throughout the night. Iโve noticed a significant reduction in night sweats and discomfort compared to other pillows Iโve used. The pillowโs outer cover is soft and breathable, so it doesnโt trap heat. Durable and Long-Lasting After several weeks of use, the pillow has held its shape perfectly, with no flattening or loss of support. It seems to be very well-made and durable, unlike many other pillows that lose their structure after a few months. I can wait to take this on trips as well

Better Sleep, Better Mobility, Quality
I'm so pleased to have found this quality, thoughtfully-designed pillow! Having damaged my neck in childhood, I've searched for a good sleeping solution for about 50 years. Cervical pillows put too much pressure on my neck; Memory foam, shredded foam and feathers all lose their support in the night; Beans and seeds are just too hard and rigid. So many morning headaches and stiffness! I have been sleeping on this Therapeutica (Petite, Less-Firm) for 4 full nights. I felt improvement after just night #2. I have had four full nights of sleep and have been waking up with my neck and shoulders feeling much more comfortable and mobile. That tells me the design, size and firmness are all appropriate to my situation. I was on the edge, measurements-wise between the petite and the regular sizes, and I'm glad I opted for petite because I wouldn't want any more height than this, yet I'm surprised that my 5'7" large-boned frame fit a petite size. The neck 'ramp' is precisely what I was looking for and what lead me to this pillow: It makes a difference in lessening the stress on the neck itself. Because 'cervical' pillows in the past had put too much pressure on my neck, I was a little worried about the neck support piece of the pillow, and am happy to say it is subtle and doesn't hurt after hours of sleeping. It took a little bit of time for the tips of my ears to get used to the pressure from the pillow, but there was no pain - just getting used to the feeling/pressure. Side sleeping works well, too: The height is in the goldilocks zone and my face isn't covered in or smushed by pillow. My shoulder and arm feel comfortable! The only factor I cannot speak to yet is durability, but it looks so well made I honestly believe it will be good for more than $90-worth of comfortable, refreshing sleep.

Finally found a pillow that works!
I have been suffering from extreme neck and shoulder pain for months because I could not find a pillow that works for me. This one was my 10th one and I didnโt have high hopes as none has worked so far. To preface this, I am a 5โ1โ 102lb petite, side and back sleeper with sensitive ears and TMJ sleeping on a medium mattress and I bought the Petite size based on the sizing guide. Every pillow Iโve used so far has been: too high, too low, too soft, too hard, and/or too hot. Since Iโm petite, finding one that was low enough with neck support, but soft enough so that my ears didnโt feel like itโd be crushed, and wouldnโt hurt my jaw while sleeping on my side. I found that latex pillows are the only ones that wouldnโt hurt my ears, so since this one isnโt latex, I thought itโd be too hard. I was so wrong. Back sleeping: the cradled head nook gives my neck enough support while also keeping my head / neck / spine aligned. If I face either side while on my back, my ears donโt get crushed because my cheeks hit the upper section which keeps my ears from getting crushed. Side sleeping: if I roll over to the side (either side) the sides are higher which gives enough support and room for my shoulder to keep my spine aligned and thereโs a gap on the sides for my jaw to sink in without getting crushed and triggering my TMJ. There is also a slight indentation for my ear so that it doesnโt get crushed from the foam. Cons: the only slight issue is getting used to the curvature piece for your upper spine to lay on. It hits right inbetween the shoulder blades so it is a bit weird to lay on it, but i kind of like it because i know im in the middle of the pillow where optimal support is. Iโm traveling soon, and i, without hesitation, will make room for this pillow in my luggage.

Not worth it
I really wanted this pillow to help with my neck pain, but it did the opposite. It's extremely firm and uncomfortable, and after a couple of nights, I woke up with more pain than before. The shape felt awkward and didn't support my head or neck properly. I gave it a fair try, but it just isn't right for me. Definitely not worth the price for that made my sleep worse

It makes a big difference!
This is going to sound like a cliche song, but I had no idea how much I loved this pillow until I went without it. I just returned from a trip where hotel pillows practically put me in traction. The shape of this pillow may seem odd when you look at it, but boy does it make a difference. I am mostly a side sleeper and the contoured blocks on either side support my head and neck comfortably. The pillow gave me immediate pain relief my first night back home. The only reason I donโt give the pillow five stars is that it is expensive. I know there are less expensive alternatives out there, but Iโve been through enough pillows to know that it probably pays to buy the best. I am a 5 foot six 145 pound female and the average pillow fits me well. I initially bought the firm pillow, but then returned it because it felt too hard. The light version works perfectly.

Medical expense eligible for FSA and such.
Don't let the price scare you away!!!!! I know it is an investment, but trust me you will love it. You say about $100 for a pillow. Yep. You won't regret it. The size and shape would require larger pillow cases. An average pillow case just isn't long enough. It does fit the width, so if you put one average pillow case on one side and another on the other side, that will work. I have neck issues from whiplash over the years and from staring at a computer screen every day at work. I also sleep with a CPAP. I LOVE this pillow. It is more versitile than you think. The extra support for your neck when sleeping on your back is surprising helpful. It pulls my head back a little to open up my airway. I also sleep on my side due to GERD. The height on the side is designed to keep neck in a straight line. However, I prefer to flip the pillow over and up to use the curve for my arm. My side sleep is half side and half stomach. It also comes in small and large, but they are harder to find. Average fits most people. The first pillow of this kind I bought from my chiropractor and he measured the length of my shoulder to neck to decide on the correct size. I have an average pillow. I would think this would be considered a medical device for Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA). It might work for HSA, HRA, and MSA accounts as well. Let's just say medical expense eligible. It was when I purchased it through my chiropractor. I have purchased several over the years, not due to wearing out, but because family members have slept on it and wanted on. My 16 year-old grand daughter put it on her Christmas list. Shocking, I know. No joke.

Best pillow ever
I am so glad i finally bought it. I keep waking up with neck and back pain. And I finally bought this pillow and it was what I needed I don't have as much neck pain or back pain any more. Once in blue moon I sleep wrong but that isn't the pillows fault I move in my sleep. Totally recommended if you go to chiropractor alot. I dont have to go as often now but that only if sleep is causing it I think. Sleep is better. Soft and comforting

Looks Weird - Works Great
I bought this on the recommendation from a friend. She did warn me that I might need to get used to it but I loved it immediately. I tend to try and keep my head/spine in a neutral position and oftentimes would ditch my pillow completely because I just couldn't get comfortable. And when I layed on my back for some reason I found myself putting my arms above my head which caused them to go numb and would wake me up sometimes. This pillow is a game changer. Laying on my back it cradles my head perfectly and the sides prevent me from putting my arms above y head. I turn like a rotisserie chicken when I sleep so constantly from my back to my side and sometimes my stomach. Switching from back to side sleeping is seemless with this pillow, I do have to shove it out of the way to sleep on my stomach but I would do that with a regular pillow too. Like others, I wish the sides were slightly thicker for side sleeping - it seems like they could easily create an optional 'add on layer' to augment whatever size you order that would accomplish this, but as some reviews mention you can diy one too. The only downside is it's slightly too long for my pillowcases, they tend to bunch up and expose the pillow itself, but that's an easy fix, I can buy larger pillow cases.
