In some respects, better. She (I checked) never needs to go for a walk on icy streets, and loves to sit and watch DVDs. She regards balls without interest and never sniffs the crotches of guests. Her dining times are quite flexible, and she is independent enough to allow me extended vacations without needing a dog-sitter. She is puppy-sized, looks very realistic (cute tongue and blue eyes), with wonderfully soft fur (white), slightly more coarse fur where it should be (brown). Caressing her is addictive, especially when watching a movie. Usually, I position her at the top of the stairs, looking down. Many friends have been startled, looking up at her--"Hey! You got a pup--?!" realizing later that she's not moving. I recommend her without reservation, but I suspect that she isn't loyal. My heirs would find her equally pleasing.

They both get a lot of comments from everyone. I lost my best buddy 2 1/2 months ago and they help. Hansa brand stuffed animals are the most real looking i have found so far. I have even named them Amy and Suzy. I am disabled and I can no longer care for the needs of a real dog, so Amy and Suzy help me deal with my lose.Hansa Co. have beautiful real to life animals, their creations are a superb work of art.

This is a really well-made product, which is to be expected because it was very expensive as far as stuffed toys go. My daughter fell in love with it and we bought it for her as a gift, one holiday. She carries it everywhere and people sometimes think that it is a real dog, at first glance.

I like everything about this dog. I read one of the reviews that said it was very small. It notSo small. It’s a puppy after all. I think it’s the right size. It is a great addition to my collection.

I bought this for my granddaughter who loves Husky's. She will love it!

The price is exorbitantly high!!! If it were not for a specific birthday gift request from my daughter, I never would have paid the price.

This plush is completely adorable and realistic but pretty small. I was expecting a life-sized animal and this was very small. More like a miniature. My son still loved it but it was not what I was expecting.
