Thickness is the best feature. Length is good but width can be an issue to some as not that broad. Also, tends to get dirty so need to be stored appropriately after use.

Dust or small particles could embed
Thick and firm enough for comfort. Bottom surface is smooth so it can move a bit if you perform vigorous movements over it. If kept over unclean surface, dust or other particles gets embedded since it's basically spongy material.

Not Worth!
This product is just thick enough in looks but during exercises it gets pressed easily and the cushion effect is gone . Also it started wearing soo early .Hence overall ...not good product

This is not 10mm as per my measurement it is .85 mmSeller should check the measurement and change the listing accordingly
