I was using a cheaper headset when making calls while walking, and people had difficulty hearing me because of wind and traffic noise.These work for me, since I've been using them nobody complains about wind/traffic stopping them hearing me. They are surprisingly comfortable and feel pretty stable in my ears.I'm not sure I'd recommend them for sporting (not that I've tried), there isn't any means to attach them to anything to hold them if they fall out.The battery life and mini charger carry case is very good/handy and lasts long enough between charges for good use.The sound quality is pretty good for an in ear headphone, but I'm used to a bigger pair of headphones for listening to music which outperform these by a long shot. If audio quality is your main driver, you should go for "over ear" headphones. If being able to make calls out walking where there is a little noise is important then these are great.

Comfort good sound quality average difficult to adjust volume and keep in your ear if you have a active job

Loads of distortion and feedback and kept falling out of my ears. Not worth the price, plus had to pay £15 to send them back.

The description says noise cancelling not these are not Active noise cancelling buds simple noise-isolating.Comfort is very good, The style od the tip means it doesn't have to be pushed into the ear canal like most buds but still give a very good seal this is similar to Bose earbuds only without the little wing to stabilise. They still sit securely enough and don't fall out when I'm moving around unlike most earbuds do (i have really small ear canals).I have a couple of sets of bose earbuds one wired (not much use now given the move away from 3.5 jacks on phones) and one QC 30 Wireless pair - neckband design. The QC 35 are excellent very comfortable and brilliant sound quality and noise cancelling. I got the Plantronics ones as i wanted a set of wireless buds for every day for waling to work/pub that I can easily shove in my pocket.I went with the Plantronics over the Bose soundsport free and the buds and especially the charging case are a lot smaller. The soundsport free and Plantronics were the same price when I purchased and have a fairly similar feature set.Compare to my QC 30's the Plantronics buds lack noise-cancelling - this is fine for the price point and intended use.For me the overall sound quality for music isn't quite as clear as my Bose bud which is the main reason these only get 4 stars.Charging case uses micro USB rather than USB C which is another reason for dropping a star. The pairing was easy and they work pretty much flawlessly for me with my phone. It's possible to pair to multiple devices but i haven't managed to get this working well with my laptop.The companion app is easy to use to tweak setting however my shows there is updated firmware available but i haven't been able to get it to install. Looks like it has completed but update still wants to install again. Emailed panasonic support about this and never got ANY response - Losing 1 more star for this.If you arent desperate for a pair of bud-like this wait until 2020 when Bose should be realising their new earbuds 500.If you really need some wireless buds with the Bose like tip comfort these are a solid option and a lot more compact and subtle in the ear than Bose's current soundsport free offering.

Great quality, slick design, light and compact.Noise doesn't penetrate when music is playing.I can leave the phone in my bedroom upstairs and go to the kitchen in the storey below, the music will be clearly playing.Massive battery that lasts forever, the case needs to be charged about every 3rd day.Sound quality is crisp, balanced bass.

Had high hopes for this product. Have owned a plantronics voyage for 5 years which was an exceptional piece of kit. Unfortunately just through over use it died and upgraded to this. Fit is good and music quality reasonable enough but no one buys plantronics equipment with that in mind. It should almost be about call quality as the focus and amazingly for this company this product was terrible. I recorded by voice in many different environments and never came through clearly. The pairing process is also archaic (one pod connects with your phone then the second connects to the other pod but the both say " connected " about 10 seconds apart which really means for calls you can practically uses these as the person on the other line likely to have out the phone down before you can connect...). Sadly disappointed and chose to return them.

These headphones are great. I’ve tried a couple of different Bluetooth headphones in the past but never really got on with them. These were easy to set up, Straight out the pack and in to my ears no issues. So easy in fact that I didn’t even need the instruction manual! I use them with my IPhone and iPad Pro with no problems at all.They came with a charging case, small USB charging cable, spare rubber ear grommets of different sizes.The charging case is really sturdy and good quality. it is sturdy however small enough to put in your pocket and protect the earbuds when not in use.
