Waited a while for this knife, but love it! Insanely sharp, but I've had it for a day. Vary sexy knife, I hope it holds up as well as my Global. So far very happy.

This knives are amazing! Worth every penny.

It's not very sharp, to begin with, and only gets duller. Not recommended, a waste of money. I bought a sharpening machine and used cheaper blades with weekly sharpening.

Be careful I purchased a set of these knives and the black coating came off the blade almost immediately. After about 8 months of total use the knives started to shed the coating on the knife blade. They look cool but mine were defective. Contacting the company about it was unproductive. For these premium prices you might want to check out another brand.

少し刃渡りが小さいですが、使いやすいです。フルーツカットにはベストですが、カッティングボードで使うと、持ち手の角度がないので、切りにくいよ。

仕事で使うには、全体に低すぎるので、もう少し高さがほしい…。

３種類の包丁買いましたが、２５年間研ぐ必要はないといわれるが、こんな切れない包丁は初めてです。３ケ月で、もう研ぎました！！

程よく重さがあり思ったとうり、スタイリッシュでとても気に入りました。
