Nordic Ware 47400 Naturals Baker's Eighth Sheet Aluminium Tray Premium Bakeware to Bake and Reheat Small Meals, Silver

I have a few Nordic ware pieces: large and small trays (like this) and their bundt pans. The quality is great: good weight (not heavy), easy to clean, good quality aluminium heats well, and so very useful for baking and also for freezing fruits and veg to bag up loose. A great kitchen workhorse that we cannot be without.

Perfect for a pair of pies or a few parsnips. This durable small tray is perfect for cooking a few items all at once.

I've recently replaced some of my old non-stick baking trays with aluminium versions and have been using two of this size for a few months now. I'm very impressed - it's light but sturdy and hasn't warped at all. Although it doesn't have a non-stick coating (an advantage for me as I'm trying to avoid non-stick coatings), it does perform pretty well and very little has stuck to the tray. It's easy to clean too - a gentle soaking in warm soapy water frees almost all baked-on food but it will also handle a good scrubbing too if necessary. The only slight negative point is that water gets trapped behind the lip at the edge of the tray which has caused a bit of staining and the occasional unexpected drip when putting it away after drying. But the rolled edge makes it more comfortable to hold so it's not a big deal. I bought the eighth sheet size which is a handy size, especially if you are cooking for one or smaller portions. I was a bit wary about paying so much for a tray when there are plenty of cheaper alternatives, however it is good quality and you do get what you pay for.

Same quality as other Nordic ware sheet pans. These are very handy for mise en place and to rest steaks I wish they were dishwasher safe. Technically you can still put them in the dishwasher but the manufacturer advises against it

Diddy and ideal for air frier

Be aware these don't stay shiny for long, but that's not really the point of a baking tray, It really is a workhorse and we use it for everything from racks of beef ribs, to potatoes to chicken portions right through to pork cracking. Slow roasting veg etc is a breeze with a little olive oil. Super light and easy to use and clean!

Very disappointed. These are sold as a premium product, suitable for professional use. In reality the aluminium is thin and very bendy. Under rolled edges are badly finished and will be a grease trap. I am pondering returning them. Luckily I only bought one to test in our restaurant to see if they live up to the hype. They don't.

I never thought I would reach out for this tray everyday. It's become essential for me. This tray is just the right size, easy to grab, light and sturdy. I don't only use it for baking small batches but to hold ingredients while weighing. It does everything that a plate could and I can drop it without fearing breakage. I never knew how I survived without this tray!

Muy bonitas pero se me hicieron muy pequeñas para el precio. Aun así me sirvieron pero sí le erré en el tamaño, pensé que por el precio iban a ser un poco más grandes.

I have time in my mornings, but never have much time for dinner prep by the end of the day so after I make our breakfasts in the morning, I get a head start and prep as much as I can for dinner. I bought 3 of these to use as prep trays and they are just great for that. There are 2 (sometimes 3) in our household and these trays are a great size. Most of the time, I use these for vegetable prep, but I also use them for my proteins. Proteins can sit in seasonings or marinades, or just rest after being cleaned or cut. What's nice about using it for proteins, is that if roasting or baking, I don't even have to transfer to (and dirty) another pan. The pan can go straight from the refrigerator right into the oven. These are thick enough that they conduct and retain heat and do not warp at all. * * I know all toaster ovens are different, but we have the Breville convection oven and 2 of these trays fit perfectly side-by-side. I also like that the edges of these are rolled and don't flare out. What this means is that they stack very well and are also very space efficient. I looked at several other pans of the same size that have flared handholds on the sides. Though convenient, these flared handles take up space in the refrigerator and make them a little more cumbersome to store. I definitely couldn't get 2 into our Breville if the sides flared out even a little. I've thrown these into the dishwasher, as well as scrubbed them by hand. Slight scratches have appeared, but nothing that's more than aesthetic.

Les produits Nordic Ware sont toujours de très bonne facture et cette plaque ne déroge pas à la règle. Il est très agréable de cuisiner avec, la cuisson est uniforme et l’entretien est facile. Cela fait maintenant plusieurs mois que je l’ai, et elle n’a pas bougé !

Robustos pero me gustarían más si la marca no estaba repujada en el fondo. Se pega la mezcla allí. Por fuerza tengo que utilizar papel de horno para que no se pegue y para que sea más fácil de limpiar.
