Love this bike!
Truly love this bike. I only live 4 miles from work, it’s now my daily commuter, every day! Taken it on 20 and 30 mike rides, 20 is no problem for the battery, need to be conservative to make 30. I added road tires and lights, needs nothing else. I ride off road occasionally. The lowest setting is too aggressive for off road in my opinion. The power setting is 1-6, I’d like 1/2 or 1/4 for off road use. That’s my only complaint. Solid, well built, good craftsmanship, very good components. Oh, it does weight 60 pounds, could be an issue for some.

Classy looking MTB eBike and plenty of power!
I owned several bikes and this is my second MTB eBike.My previous one is class 2 which goes up to 20 MPH.This Magnum peak is a class 3 eBike and goes up to 28 MPH.The motor is very powerful and responsive. All components are well built and made ofhigh quality and.... the brakes (hydraulic type) are really smooth.Setting it up out from the box was easy and the adjustment tools are all included.The exciting part was testing it and I cannot express how much fun it is to bike this powerfulMTB that can really climb uphill. The manual throttle by default is very sensitive so be aware of it.There are YouTube information out there how to change the setting of the DAS kit controllers viakey entry combinations. I set mine to 3 MPH since I rarely use the throttle and even if I accidentallypress it , the bike gently moves forward safely. I use the pedal assist mode often and selectively pick the setting dependingon the road condition and terrain. Since this is a type 3 eBike you need to do some research regarding your state ruleon bike trails. In California, this type is allowed only on class 2/3/4 bike trails unless there is a sign stating eBikes not allowed andwearing a helmet is mandatory.Would I recommend this ? Absolutely YES...this is really great powerful ebike if you want to level up.See pics for reference...

What a great bike!
Great Bike for the money. I live near the ocean and its relatively flat. I am getting at least 60 miles on a 1 to 2 pedal assist mode ( I'm 220 lbs.) . Fast, ride quality is excellent. I have taken a few 30 mile trips with no problems. I love the ability to go further and not worry about the 15 miles back home. Top speed down hill for me was 46 mph. (And I know I could have gone faster.) The throttle is nice too, gives a good boost from a stop position. Breaks are excellent too. I love this style because it allows me to go on light trails with no problem.

No Warranty Support & Unsafe
Although this eBike ran well initially and the 28 MPH 500w motor provides a great boost; I have had multiple repair issues including a motor that died and gear selector that stopped indicating which gear I was in. It is hard to use the controller and it goes from level 6 down to level 0 and then rolls back around to level 6. It is very easy to accidentally click one time too many and when you thought your assist is off, you get thrown forward with full assist. Magnum eBikes in USA is aware of injuries from this issue, but not corrected it. Magnum has not honored their warranty in helping us with the above failures.

Great Bang for the Buck!
Great bang for the buck! This bike is fast, has great climbing ability and looks awesome! very happy with it. I added some DeFender fenders.
