Handy in a survival bag, tackle box, anywhere marking is needed.
I goes in my hunting bag to mark trails when I hunt unfamiliar areas. I also use it on my tent ropes so the grandkids don't garrote themselves running around the tent. I ordered fluorescent red and got plain red.

FLAG IT, BAG IT & TAG IT.
I use flagging tape take to color code items that have expiration dates ranging from treated gasoline to food storage. This gives an instant view of what to use next without guessing or searching for a missing label. This system won’t do you much good if you can’t remember what color comes next.If that’s the case, create an acronym using the first letter of your colors. It works for me.

It *** IS *** Pink NOT Orange
I have to agree with Dave - this tape is most definitely NOT orange. It IS pink! The good thing is, that like Solocanoe I am using it in my BOB for signaling as necessary. Since neither the fluorescent pink nor the fluorescent orange appear in nature outside of the Amazonian Jungle [no plug intended] or Central Africa, I'm pretty sure both will do well as a signal. Still, one would like to think that what was advertised REALLY WAS what it was. . . . . Oh Well . . . .

Pink, not orange in color
I own a few of these and I like them. They tear easily and evenly. They hold sharpie writing well and it doesn't smear. Whether the rolls I received are pink due to design, receiving the wrong model #, or age they are more like normal trail tags than orange "rescue" tape. They do their intended purpose just fine regardless of color, however. I just prefer to use orange tape for rescue purposes because pink is so common for trail marking and group travel. If/when I run out of these rolls I will buy again.

it IS bright!
This is truly the only thing I carry into nature that's not camo or dark green or black.I prefer a campsite that blends in and could be missed from 50 feet away if one wasn't looking for it.That said...for emergency purposes...there is a need for something that's bright and a color that's "not of nature". It's small and easy to pack...and there's enough on this roll to leave markings for miles and miles of travel. Since it's a lightweight tape - almost any small breeze moves it - to draw the eye of anyone that may be looking for you. The tape doesn't tear that easily either...so it's going to stay on that branch, limb, rock, etc...that you tie it onto for a long, long time. I tied a piece on a tree in my backyard, in the sun, and found little to no sun fading over a 3 week time period.

It was easy for my uses.
I cut short strands of this and attach itto my hummingbird feeder. It seems to workto attract those little creatures.

De acuerdo a la descripción esta cinta es "adhesiva", y no lo es. Es de un material muy delgado y en ciertas secciones está mal cortada. No sé si las opiniones corresponden a un producto diferente al que me enviaron
