Mrs Bridges Redcurrant Jelly

I bought this during lock down as it was something I could not purchase locally. It tasted particularly lovely when added to a stock during cooking, adding extra depth to the resulting sauce. I have given it 4 stars as it was pricey. I hope to be buying it again, but as a treat.
