Exactly what I needed.These were on back order at the medical supply company so I came to Amazon got the exact same ones and saved $20. Insurance deductable hadn't been met yet so $20 savings was nice.

I bought this because the original Juxtafit foot design was difficult to put on properly and I thought this new version would be easier. In fact, the new design is impossible to put on properly. The two straps that are supposed to form a "pocket" for the heel exactly oppose each other, so it is impossible to attach the velcro without twisting them. Note that the Amazon picture does not show one strap going through the slot in the other strap as the instructions indicate. In fact, that picture doesn't show the second heel strap at all! I struggled for nearly one hour trying to get a reasonable fit before giving up. The closest I came had three straps twisted so they cut into my skin and it was so bulky that I couldn't put on an orthopedic sandal, much less and ordinary shoe. And only two straps actually made velcro contact with the receiver pads. The instructions weren't an awful lot of help -- they didn't even indicate which end was the toe end! To see that one strap was supposed to go through the slot in the other, you have to look at their pictures with a magnifying glass; that wasn't mentioned in the instructions.

As good as my prescription device, for less cost.
