I am struggling to fit the back rest into the screw holes, anyone else have the problem?

Took me ages to do it then my daughter came to the rescue. She fitted the arm rest to the back first, contrary to what the instructions say, and then turn the chair on its side on the floor and align the screws to the base. Leave all screwed a bit loose until you get all of them in the holes and then tighten it. You need somebody to help you hold it for you. But once done it’s worth it.

I need to return this chair as the back is not tall enough. How do I remove the chair from the base?

Turn chair upside down an hit the metal with a mallet to remove pin very hard to do as i had same issue

How do you take the plastic legs and metal plate apart to return and get back in box? It's tiny, head rest half way down back!

A good swing with a sledgehammer should do it.
