Great balls of wool!!
I never knew I needed fluffy little dryer balls! These are absolutely fantastic! I have been looking for small ways to go a little more green and a little less "chemically" in my home. A friend recommended wool dryer balls and I was quite skeptical. So I did my usual search on Amazon. Low and behold I read the description of these balls and cracked up. I just HAD to try them. I'm so glad I did. I bought both a dark set and a light set (for the different color clothes). I have yet to use the light set but I sincerely adore these little balls of wool. First, they really do shorten the drying time of my clothes. Not by hours but enough so it's noticeable. I was constantly adding more minutes to the dry time bc my clothes never dried completely. They do with these magic balls of fluff. Second, no static cling. Well, hardly any at all. I've dried probably 10 loads so far and the only thing to have slight static cling was my bed sheets. And we all know it's hard to reduce static cling in those completely. Third, I love how I can put ANY of my favorite essential oil on them and my clothes smell great. Not at all overpowering but absolutely fresh. I love the scent of clove (as in Young Living Thieves oil) but I can't find that in a dryer sheet. I CAN, however, add the oil to the wooly balls and be blissfully happy when the clothes come out of the dryer. But the fourth, and BEST reason I LOVE these balls is the manufacturer. I received two emails from them. One at the time of purchase that gave further instruction and one recently to make sure the balls and I were getting along. The emails, as well as the description of these fluffy wooly balls are the so much fun. I mean who signs their emails with Fluffaliciously???? Seriously! Crack me up! So Mick, if you're reading this, thank you from the bottom of my heart. Thank you for providing a great product along with some crazy good humor.Buy Mick's balls...you won't be sorry!

It's time to do the happy dance!
She loves them!!! Seriously, what do you buy for a daughter whose husband took her to Disneyland for her 36th birthday... dryer balls of course! Couldn't think of anything she didn't already have and I just bought myself a set to use in my new huge dryer so I ordered these and tucked them in with her other gifts, with Woolsies lavender oil of course. She was really really excited. One if her coworkers had been telling her about wool dryer balls and my daughter was thinking about trying them herself. Haven't heard how Her laundry turned out but I can say that my towels have never been fluffier or softer. No more fabric softener YAY! The towels really do seem to be more absorbent and dry up between uses much better than before. I even dried a complete set of king sheets together instead of drying one sheet at a time. Yes it still rolled up somewhat but it was DRY and I didn't have to untangle and redo them.Have to watch and count the balls when you unload the dryer tho... I almost always have an escapee. The cats love it and our little "fully armed" Siamese can snag one and its game on! All in all it's been a great purchase.Would love to see them in a King sized ball...saw some by Eco Nut at TJMaxx that were bigger yet than these and they would even nicer for towels and bedding. Just a suggestion... hint hint. I'd buy those just to use for the bulkier loads.

I am no longer using dryer sheets thanks to these!
I have been using dryer sheets for years and while I like the way they make my clothes smell, I was interested in a more natural approach (since it seems to be all the rage). These dryer balls have absolutely shortened the time my clothes spend in the dryer. I generally don't have an issue with static in the humid Kansas summers and so I have not noticed either way how these balls work on static. The product description does mention these dryer balls are quiet -- now, I've never used any other type of dryer ball, so while they may be more quiet than a plastic dryer ball they are certainly louder than the dryer sheet I was using previously.Lastly, they'd get five stars but they do have a pretty strong chemical scent to them. I am hoping this will not always be the case, but I've had them for two months now and the very strong chemical smell is still present. I try to remove my clothes promptly from the dryer and have not noticed the smell permeating my clothes (unless I forget them in the dryer for too long and then it is somewhat noticeable).Overall, I am content and a convert - no more dryer sheets for me!

A must have!
These dryer balls are fantastic! I was looking for something other than dryer sheets with added fragrance and chemicals to help soften our clothes and decrease static cling in the dryer. I had tried using vinegar in the washer with some success, but some of the dark-colored clothes seemed to fade more quickly with this treatment. I tried these dryer balls when they came up as a Prime Day special; a great purchase, especially at that price! Clothes come out of the drier soft and without static, Towels are soft, but not so soft that they no longer dry as can sometimes happen with dryer sheets. Best of all, the clothes smell clean, but are not overrun with a flowery scent as is so often the case with fabric softener. The only thing I have found is that for best results you do need to use all 6 balls. Any less than 4 balls, and the results are far less favorable. Unfortunately, at least in our house, I find that the 'fluffies" tend to run-off (get stuck in the arms of a sweatshirt or the corner of a fitted sheet) or be carried off (usually by a playful cat) which results in some searching for the dryer balls and soul searching as to whether I should just break down and buy a second bag of "fluffies," just in case!
