Jim Dunlop Tortex Flow Standard .50mm Guitar Picks (558P.50)

This pick holds well, isn't slippery likes some and flows nicely on the strings. The tone is good. I tried other J 3 picks, and similar, but they were too small and to hard for me. The tortex is not floppy but it isn't a 3mm pick. It is very nice.

I have tried probably hundreds of picks over the years, and they all have pros and cons.This is the best-balanced overall pick that I've ever used. First there is the bright white color. If you're like a lot of guitarists, you get tired of losing picks when you drop them. They seem to disappear into thin air a lot of times. You will not have that issue with this pick...lol.For me this pick is best of all worlds. It's like the Goldilocks of picks for me. The shape and thickness are perfect for rhythm as well as playing lead.At the end of the day, picks are a very personal choice but, you won't go wrong if you decide to give this one a shot.

I prefer the standard Tortex shape.But, that's just me.

Bright colors makes it easy to spot when you drop one or at the bottom of your guitar case. Just the right thickness, not floppy, but not too firm. Easy to grip - texture works well for me and I haven't dropped one yet while playing.

Great pick, but playing speed metal wears them down quick. Great for the pinch harmonics and fast alternate picking.

I’ve tried a lot of different picks and these are without a doubt my absolute favorite. They’re soft but at the same time I like how they feel liked if rigid. I like the way they feel in my hand, and would definitely recommend for anyone that is looking for some good picks.

Perfect size and pointy.

I’ve played guitar for the last 25 years and most of those years I’ve played with Dunlop jazz iii picks. Lately I’ve had a little bit of trouble holding on to the smaller jazz picks, especially during strumming/ rhythm passages. I was looking for something that was a tad bigger, but still had the sharp edge of the jazz iii. I took a gamble on these and was blown away! These really were exactly what I was looking for!!! This will be my #1 pick from now on!

O material é excelente, tem uma pegada boa e o som é ótimo.

Cumplió las expectativas, es rígida, no se resbala, y su diseño permite un buen agarre y un punteo preciso y veloz. Sin duda muy recomendables (las uso para tocar hard rock y heavy metal).

Gut bespielbar durch abgerundete Kanten und sorgt für sehr klaren und lauten Sound. Die Nylon 0.73 sind weiterhin meine Favoriten, aber diese hier gehen auch sehr gut. Schnelles Spielen ist durch die Steifigkeit präziser aber auch anstrengender.

Never used the flow before, nice pitch. Like it for some Jazzy blues on .09 .42
