not bad as a product a bit hard to put together with out sanding it down some
for me at least it's a great product for the value 2 main issues i had was it was a bit tough to put together and the rip string handle is a bit small but overall a great item

Stellar customer service!
Ordered this product, was delivered as expected. Although it was defective we were able to resolve with the vendor. Great and speedy customer service.

Non-functioning toy; return required postage to China
Soooo many problems with this toy; I don't know why Amazon still allows them to sell. This toy didn't work whatsoever/not put together well, it is a knock off product (thought I was getting a BeyBlade), and when I requested a refund, the return label showed that I need to ship to China. What? Definitely skip this seller!!!

Worth Purchasing, just for the smile!
Purchased this for my Nephew. He was very happy and that's all that matters!!

Total waste of money.
This BeyLauncher arrived in two pieces. The handle was a different color and did not fit the launcher. To make it worse if you try to return the toy it has to go to China for a refund. Which means the postage will be twice what you paid for the toy. Just throw it away.

Horrible item
Horrible. Thought I was getting a brand new seal item but instead it was wrap in bubble wrap had 2 different gold color nothing like the picture. & My nephew couldn’t used it at all. Doesn’t go together. Don’t bother buying it.

Bad and cheap quality
Both string launchers got broken the first one broke the third day we had and the second one broke within 10 days. Very cheap material not good quality waste of money.
