I like this better than the chin strap available thru my CPAP supplier. The straps on the suppliers chin strap don't make sense to me, thus are hard to adjust comfortably. Also, the entire strap is made of material that the Velcro hooks catch on which makes it a pain to adjust. Also, the material holds onto hair and dust and fuzz balls so it gets dirty looking.This strap is easy to put on, the chin support holds my chin well, and the Velcro is situated only where I want Velcro.I've used this for a couple of months now and it still feels strong and doesn't appear to be ripping out anywhere.The only cons are that my chin is so well covered that it can get a little sweaty, but this hasn't caused any rash or anything like I feared.Secondly, it probably stretched out some after I used it for a month because I'm stretching the two Velcro pieces almost to their tightest position so one piece protrudes a couple inches which I have to adjust so that it doesn't interfere with the CPAP head gear. But that's not a big deal.

This was easy to put on and adjust, but it didn’t work at all for my husband. He snores as loud as ever even with this on. When we tightened it, it still didn’t help. I don’t know if it’s just too big or if it just doesn’t work for him. Either way, sadly, I can’t say that it helped us.

Well designed-I use this with my pillows mask when my head is congested and I might breathe through my mouth. Adjusts easily and does a good job of holding my mouth closed.

I was hoping that it would help my snoring, and not have to use a mouth piece any longer. Tried it for a couple of night. For me, it didn't work, that is not to say it " wouldn't work for you". Amazon was great , and accepted my return on the device. It is not for everybody.

I have to sleep with my bed inclined for medical reasons. Being raised causes my mouth to open while I sleep,also causes me to snore.it was drying mouth out and causing issues with my tongue.2 nights with the chin strap seems to have taken care of it.easy to put on in bed should have done this a year ago

My husband tried it a couple nights and found it to be to uncomfortable for him with sleep with. It personally didn't work because my husband still snored like a chain saw.

Would probably work well if wife would hold still for me to put it on her. Currently serving as a thong for my golden retriever.

Didnt work on me. I have a beard and it just slipped off my chin. My wife tried it on and when she was sleeping she was still able to open her mouth and snored.
