Disappointing to say the least
I have to agree with the other rather negative reviews of BTF Volume 13. This collection is mediocre at best as it seems to mainly consist of staff educational or commercial films. I liked "What's Tops" but mostly because it portrayed early 1970's mainframe computers which is when I joined the IT industry myself - very nostalgic seeing huge cabinets housing disks with the capacity to host a (very) small number of MP3 singles today!!!One of my favorite volumes in this series was Volume 10 London On The Move. Another review here mentioned "London's Country", a title I'd not heard of before. I found it on the London Transport Museum's website in their Film & Video collection. In there, I found dozens of films not previously included in any BTF collections (and a few which were) many of which I would happily purchase if offered in a future DVD because they look very much in the spirit of the films on Volume 10.So more like "London On The Move" please, otherwise I for one will not be bothering to purchase Volume 14 if/when it appears.Hope this helps.

A welcome addition to the collection
A great collection for the vaults of BTF. A shame that nothing matches this these days.

JUST AS YOU WOULD EXPECT FROM THE BFI
This release from the 'BFI' is the latest in the series of British Transport Films. If you have an interest in transport and in particular British Rail in its heyday and the behind the scenes running of the railway, then this film is for you.The 2 disc DVD set shows a number of documentaries in colour and is great to watch.I will rate this product as 10/10 and hopefully look forward to future releases.
