Been taking the 30mg zinc from Pure Encapsulation, but it was getting too expensive. So, I saw this and the reviews are awesome. MG is higher and price is more reasonable. Me and my family are healthy from taking this. No negative side effects.

I don't recommend using daily
Really strong dose only use every other day, works well for energy and skin. Notice that my hair was getting dry with huge flakes, I don't recommend using daily. But I'm sensitive to everything.

Too bad I don't have a camera because you would have ...
After I visited someone and lay on their couch, I returned home and found that I was bitten with insect bites. I emailed the person and I was furious. This has been a month ago and I still have scars. Too bad I don't have a camera because you would have seen how deep and big the bites were -- there even were some kind of teeth marks. I thought for sure I will never get rid of the scars, so I ordered this product since I know that zinc is good for the skin. Almost immediately after taking this, the scars started gradually fading -- I noticed the difference right away. Also my skin looks nicer and smoother.

Wonderful
I've Recently been suffering from hair loss and nothing seemed to work for me until one day a friend recommended I take zinc . I noticed a difference within the first week and it has also helped me stay common cold free in an office where once one gets sick we all get sick . Great vitamin !!
