These towel brackets were very good replacements for the bar on my Splendor brand sliding shower door. They were just like the original brackets that were included with the door when I had it installed in 1999.My original bracket had cracked when my daughter had used the towel bar to support herself while in the shower.The brackets are not strong enough to do that. They will allow you to use the towel bar for hanging towels and sliding the door open and closed which is all they are designed to do. They are very easy to install. All you need is a screwdriver.I would have given them 5 stars, but I thought the cost and the shipping was somewhat high for what these items really are and what they must cost to manufacture. They get the job done, but I may have been able to save some money by the shower door manufacturer on the phone. The original manufacturer did not have an online spare parts catalog, so I found this company. These brackets must be mass produced somewhere and used by several manufacturers for towel bar brackets. So, if you need a new bracket, and your looks like this one, there is a good chance that this acrylic bracket will meet your requirements.

Our home was built in 1959 and the bathroom minimally remodeled sometime before we bought it in 1997. When the towel bar bracket broke a while back, I searched all the home and hardware stores for a replacement. No towel bar combination I tried fit -- for various reasons -- and I could not find a replacement bracket to reuse the old bar, but I kept the old bar in a display of optimism. This is an exact match and it works perfectly. Thank you for making this available.

Perfect replacement for a broken towel bar bracket for a home built in 2001. I could not find this part anywhere else. It's an exact fit and arrived in about half the time expected. Very durable construction. Took about one minute to install. This bracket was used on a sliding glass door on a fiberglass shower enclosure. There is a towel bar on each door. The original one was broken when a child pulled on it. Since they come in a set of two, I have an extra bracket should another break.

This product was to replace a broken part for a handle that was mounted 14 years ago. It is well constructed and the finish matched great. Certainly not the cheapest part to have to buy but it was as advertised and I chose to buy it.

I thought that, for the price, it should have cone with 2 brackets, 2 sleeves, and 2 screws, but I only received one of everything. Not sure if I was shorted or that's what I was supposed to get. None the less, i only needed one, so I didn't pursue it.
