I'm 5'11" 265 lbs man with a 50" pot belly. I bought the XL. This belt covers my belly and gives excellent support to my back and sucks in my flab. I primary use it while bike riding and walking however due to the fact the belt is so wide it is not good for sitting on the couch. Love it!

I like this iteam! I have ordered another item prior to this order and that was too tight! I am 34 and ordered Large. I had used one for about 2 years and can't seems to find it on the site. However, this product makes you sweat even though I am not working out . I usually wear it when I am home and doing household work! If I use it during workout it will sweat even more and will be heard to keep it clean and from bad smell. Anyway, it seems working and will update in few months how my waist comes down to... Will recommand, be aware of the size !!!!

For a few years, I've been getting the TNT Pro Series belts but they deteriorate after six months or so and doesn't quite get all the way around me despite my slim build. I'm 180+lbs 5,10 with a gut. I put this one at work (XL) under my shirt and I could feel the heat. I wanted to take it off until I go the gym in the evening, but I knew I needed to keep it own. It fits perfectly all the way around and not just 3/4 of the way like other belts I've tried.The extra strap really helps as well.

Great product I was 51” in waist when I got this just barely fit 7 weeks ago now it’s with me all time supports my back and fits with my lifting belt. it’s going through my weight loss journey with me. I was rather tight in the begging but now it works like a charm. Hope this works future buyers.

I bought this for my husband, but I found it fits me too, so this morning I wear it when I was working out, I sweated a ton on my belly ,its a great help,and that’s what I want, to lose the fat in my belly..it works perfectly .I’ll keep using it..

 I thought this belt worked well for me.. I sweated my midsection and it also had back support built in.. added bonus to me.

I love it very much but one day i went to go take it off and where the velcro is located at the end came apart by the threads. I will be contacting the company to see how I can rectify this situation.

Looks very well stitched and put together. People should be AWARE you need to WASH and SOAK this thing before wearing it, mine came with a very heavy chemical smell to it, i had to soak it hot water and soap with a tap of clorox twice and than run it through the washer to get rid of most the smell. During the soaking there was a dark color left in the water each time, that clorox could not bleach out, so it wasn't dye.
