2/6/2020 Amazing computer, super fast and appears to be brand new. Didn’t get the USB for the keyboard or mouse but customer service thus far has been exceptional. Will keep you updated on the outcome once new keyboard and mouse are delivered based on communication.They sent a replacement for mouse and keyboard.One of my best purchases on Amazon.

I wouldn’t recommend this computer. Bought before Christmas and just a couple of days ago the computers internet isn’t working the WiFi in my house works because my roommates laptop is hooked to it and works well for him. Now it’s saying I have to install windows 10 which said it already came with it but now doesn’t have it all of a sudden. Worked for like a week and now it’s unusable, going to get windows 10 and go to a friends house to use WiFi to download it again but seriously such an inconvenience.

We received this product on August 5, 2020. After assembly and trying to use it, we receive a error message:"Non system disc or disc error". We have tried calling the help line multiple times and never spoken with a human. We have left messages, with no return call. I sent an email yesterday, 8/16/2020, then received an email this morning 8/17/2020 thanking me for my order and wishing me to write a review. I have called the customer support number again, and finally talked with a person this evening, they told me to call back between 8AM and * PM M-F. This has not worked, leaving messages, has not worked, email has not worked, also for almost 2 weeks the computer has not worked. I understand things happen, but at least don't ignore me.

The Product looked Fantastic but was disappointing in a Volume of the Equipment! I didn't pay attention to the details of what was offered, I should have looked for a Mic and Camera for my need and didn't. I purchased a Camera with a Mic and that didn't help the Volume Control! Overall, the keyboard, Mouse and Monitors looked Fine!

Purchased for use as a home workstation.The Good: All clean and in like-new condition. Win10Pro pre-installed and operational.The Bad: Nothing bad, per se, but...The Ugly: Machine equipped with two Display Ports and one VGA; monitors are VGA/DVI/HDMI. System shipped with two VGA cables and one VGA-to-DisplayPort adapter, and 2001 called for its cables back. Solution - spend another $20 on a pair of DisplayPort-to-HDMI cables.

Great value for the money. Wife loves it as a work pc and the monitors were brand new. The wireless wifi, keyboard and mouse are amazing.

I was a little disappointed with the speaker and no bluetooth, and one of my screens had a faulty connection and kept blinking on and off. I notified the seller and I had another monitor the next day! No problems with it thus far.This was awesome customer service! Thank you so much! Product is still great!

We had some minor issue with the display cables when they arrived. Fortunately we had something on hand to resolve it. But, it still wasn't picking up the second monitor. We called support and talked to a guy that sounded haggard but he was patient and helpful and fixed the issue. The computer is working nicely and will serve our purposes well. It is being used for light office work such as word processing and internet and email.
