Rachael RaySolid Glaze Ceramics Au Gratin Bakeware / Baker Set, Oval - 2 Piece, Teal

I have been searching for the longest time for a dish to bake my morning apple fritter concoction in and this Rachael Ray Au Gratin dish is perfect. I tried making fritters with crescent roll dough and mix apple pie filling with it and then loosely shape it on a piece of parchment paper to go in my air fryer. That, my friends was a "no go." They never came out too well. Then I tried an 8oz Ramekin, but didn't like the round shape. I know, I'm picky. I think fritters ought to be oblong; not round. So when I found these au gratin dishes I was pretty sure they would work. I took a chance on the size because between the descriptions of the size and the reviews, I could never tell exactly what size they actually were!As it turns out these were the perfect size for mixing the frozen, then thawed, biscuit I use with the canned apple pie filling and cinnamon sugar. I mix the biscuit, apple pie filling and cinnamon all together in the dish, spread it out and then bake it in my air fryer at 350º for 10 minutes. I have a Cosori 5.8 qt. and that time and temp work well. Not sure what other brands of air fryers should be set at.As far as the size of these dishes goes, they are 8" from the outside of one handle to the outside of the other. The overall width is 4.75". The overall height is 2.75" at the handles and 1.75" at the middle. The dish portion is 5.5" across the length of the top of the dish and 4.75" across the bottom. The width of the dish portion is 3.5" across the top and 2.75" across the bottom. The depth of the dish portion is 1.5".I hope this helps with a decision to purchase or not, but from my point of view they are just wonderful!

I love using them for dips

The only bad thing I can say about these is the color. It's a horrible dark green that doesn't match my kitchen at all. This was advertised and described as being turquoise/teal, but it's not even close.

I bought these hoping to have small decorative ramekins for single use. They are of a size that I get two servings per dish. This is based on how my wife and I eat and may not reflect your needs. I was hoping for a lighter green color based on the photos, but these come in what I would term a very dark forest green.As for the dishes themselves, I have used them several time now and I am very satisfied with the quality of the product. I have used them in the oven up to 450 degrees without a problem and run them through the dishwasher. They stood up to both well and as expected.

They are very very small. Just enough for a one person meal. A total disappointment

The bakeware I received is beautiful but much smaller than the advertised dimensions. What I received is only big enough to bake one potato in. Not at all what I needed!! What a waste of time and money! I'm definitely going to buy more Rachael Ray products because they are so lovely but just not from random online sellers.
