Defective batch
I'm a smalle women both owned business and I've been buying karat for cups. This last batch however was different. The cups were a cloudy color and they crack vertically with the slightest squeeze. Im hoping the owner will make this right and replace these cups!

Great Compostable Product, But Easily Split
We were excited about using a cup that was compostable; PLA products appeal to our costumers. Nearly every day we had at least one cup that split while we were attempting to put on lids. We are hopeful that research improves the durability of these cups.
