I have been using C-Youth for more than a few months now. I don't take 1 tsp all at once (it can be a little therapuetic for me), but I do take 1/4 tsp (with a little water to sizzle) after lunch, after an afternoon snack, and then after dinner. I also like to take it with 500mg of chlorella. I really like C-Youth. It keeps me regular, and I feel healthy on the inside. Must be because it has a detoxing effect.
