This is a fantastic pillow. It's nice and firm, and comes with a removable cover for washing. I personally find the cover a smidge too coarse for comfort, but that's entirely personal preference. Unfortunately it's not quite the angle I was looking for, but again, that's all down to personal preference.It's nice and large, about half the width of my full bed, but unlike my previous one, this one's incline is not a good angle to flip it and use it sitting up against the wall. It only really works the one way, and I find the incline a little bit too high to sleep comfortably and a little bit too low to comfortably use for support while doing anything. I was more looking for the latter, and it's better than nothing, but would be more useful if I could flip it to use sitting up as well.All in all, it's a great quality pillow and well worth the money! I am just very particular about my pillows.

About 2-3 months after becoming pregnant, I started to snore pretty fiercely and my breathing was really poor at night. Husband couldn't sleep with me anymore, and I would wake up in the morning breathless and feeling like I got no oxygen all night. I tried various things to help - a humidifier, nasal strips, nasal decongestants, and there were small improvements but they were nowhere near effective enough for how bad my sleep was. Someone told me to try a wedge pillow so I purchased this one about 2 weeks ago after 5 months of trying different things (I am now 7 months pregnant) and this has honestly changed everything. My snoring is MUCH better - some nights my husband reports no snoring at all and other nights he says "a little but it wasn't bad." He's been able to sleep with me every night since I got it, so it can't be too bad! More importantly - I feel so much better in the mornings. Instead of feeling hungover + being hit by a train, I actually feel like my old self with energy and a much better mood.There are a couple downsides: I do tend to slide down it throughout the night, and have to re-position myself several times back up on top of it. Secondly, it really restricts my movement so I have to sleep totally straight on my back or I attempt to sleep on my side sometimes but it's kind of awkward.That said, 5 stars because the benefit of getting a healthy flow of oxygen all night after months of trying to find a solution heavily outweighs the minor discomforts of re-positioning myself and restricted movements. I would recommend this for any pregnant ladies dealing with congestion/post-nasal drip/extra weight on your breathing organs, or anyone else who has those problems on a regular basis!

I recently purchased this wedge pillow for my acid reflux. For individuals with back pain, acid reflux or other ailments, this is a solid option.I received the pillow within a few days of order. Now, it comes rolled-up for efficiency in shipping, so, give it a day or two to return to shape. It's firm but not hard, comes with a cover and generally doesn't get too warm so your sleep shouldn't be disturbed.Other than wishing maybe to be an inch or two wider, I can say that it was a solid pillow for my needs at a reasonable price (and at these dimensions, you should be able to find pillow cases that fit it too).

It expanded promptly when I removed it from the packaging. It has just the right amount of soft and squishy give, and just the right amount of solid support, no matter how I lay on it. It maintains its form well. Ever since I have begun sleeping on it in a semi-upright manner, my burgeoning back pain has disappeared, and I wake up quite comfortable. It is much better than certain other support pillows I have tried that felt more like hard blocks; this most excellent triangle is quite similar to the hundred dollar memory foam pillow I had the good fortune to be gifted in the past.There *is* something of a possibility of sliding down it; I would recommend having it pushed back up against a headboard or something similar, so you can shuffle yourself back up it easily. I suspect it would also be quite useful on a sofa (or just a lower headboard than the one I have) so that your head doesn't bump into anything at the top; I am 5'3"-ish, and sleep on it so that my whole lower back all the way to the top of my head fits upon it just-so, but I'm not sure how well that would work for people taller than me or those with a longer torso. I assume those shorter than me would be fine though.All in all, a very superior triangle, would buy again.

I ordered it for legs elevation following a knee replacement. I'm 6' 1" tall, and perhaps it's just the physics of it all. When using it to elevate my upper body it's just fine and quite nice. When using it to elevate my legs I cannot find any comfortable or manageable position at all. Either my feet hang off the big end of the thing or I have to put pillow and towels under my thighs/hamstrings to have support for that part of my legs. -- I'm not returning it because I'll use it for upper body elevation at some point, but for the purpose I ordered it for it doesn't work out well, I'm afraid.

I love this pillow. It's so well made. Worth every penny. My Acid Reflux Dr. suggested wedging my bed up or using one of these... Well, wedging a huge king size bed frame up is not an option and buying one of those adjustable motorized bedframes is out, have you seen how much those are??? Big coin. So here we are, wedging up baby!I wake up with chest pain from heart burn. Long time sufferer. I love how comfortable this pillow is. The cover is so soft too. I user pillows on top of mine wedging myself even higher. I sleep so much better!!!!! This is GAME CHANGING if you have allergies and GERD. Anyone who has this combo knows the life, it's misery!I have spent so much money trying to find the "right" pillow, that doesn't have much to do with wedging... but all things considered this wedge pillow used in conjunction to a nice feather pillow or gel foam type, man... you will be set for a much better sleeping arrangement.

I have been getting stuffed up when I sleep at night. I had allergy tests done and no allergies.So it is just when I sleep that I get stuffy .. Now that I have the wedge I can sleep without being stuffy

Oreiller ferme et confortable après quelques jours pour moi le reflux gastrique est efficace à 90%je suis très satisfaite . La seule chose j aurais aimé avoir un cache oreiller supplémentaire!J ajoute un petit oreiller pour mon confort et facile de dormir sur le dos et en position latérale.
