Perfect Replacement – Just Like the Originals!
These ear pads are exactly like the original ones — same size, same comfort, and same premium feel. They fit perfectly on my headphones and brought them back to life. Very Satisfied, So Far!
I am always skeptical about buying replacement parts for certain products like these headphones (Poly Voyager 4320 UC). Luckily these covers fit, look, and feel just like the original. Please note the edge of the covers are supposed to fit into the groove of the earpiece. I am happy to report you will be able to fit the ear covers into that grooves ;however, it will take a little bit of patience. I would suggest to first pull the edge of the ear covers over the entirety of the earpiece. Afterwords, you can slowly move the edge into the groove. If you want, you can also just leave the cover outside of the groove and I don’t think it will change the functionality. I Include a picture of the replacement cover inside the groove and one outside the groove. I did have the original covers for three years and I will make an update if the durability is lacking.

Fits as expected
Pretty simple replacement pads for the Plantronics 5220 Blackwire. The original pads ripped along the leatherette that holds it together, this slipped easily into place and works fine.

Fit great, was a lot easier to put on than I expected. Highly recommend.

As good as OEM
Replaced the original pair of pads on my headset. Not the easiest to install, but once on, they stay in place. Will hopefully last 3-4 years.

Fit my headset. The covers seemed slightly looser than the original ones when I first put them on but now I can't even tell they're different. I definitely recommend these.
