It came with good packing. But the ball was small. Still Good.

Chipped and bubbles on the inside, replacement has same issue.
Both crystals were chipped. Ordered replacements, got similar ones. Since it's a gift, will not be returning them. :(Better to search for them at a store near you.

BROKEN BALLS RECEIVED TWICE
After replacing broken crystal balls again I received one broken ball. I am using only 1 crystal balls instead of 2. I wanted 2 balls but I settled with only 1.It's bad experience for me.
