how is the whisk held in?

The whisk is great I bought for my daughter who makes a lot of green tea matcha lattes and it has held up good.

What is the Rpm for the high powered one?

It's 18,500 RPM. Enough juice in this one to froth amazingly!

I'm having a hard time holding down the button. Is this normal?
