Tik Tok Dentists made me buy it...
As we all know here professional whitening in the UK is a huge expense we are talking £100s if not £1,000s and most whitening at home kits do not contain this whitening ingredient hydrogen peroxide. I guess th2 reason being is because hydrogen peroxide can cause big time tooth and gum sensitivity if not used correctly using it diluted or in a carrier like the gel dentists use.I made a promise to myself that I would use this everyday diluted with water and rinse as a mouth wash to see what would happen.. a) I am not very good at keeping promises and b) I was worried I would be doing more harm to my teeth c) it can be used as a daily mouth wash diluted... FYI.Did it whiten my teeth.. a little, did it make them sensitive a little... maybe with dilution, caution and extensive use it could work... I found that it highlighted the plaque in-between my teeth even if I flossed, I have heard people put this diluted into a water flosser but probably not recomened if your teeth are already sensitive. Also I forgot to mention that I am a coffee drinker and a tea drinker and that addition is real and this really can't be done with a teeth whitening program you should be drinking tea and coffee through a straw and not eating anything acidic. Maybe I will try again at some point to whiten teeth but hydrogen peroxide is pretty useful anyways to have in the house.

excellent for wax,why nobody tell me about this? 1000x better than those olive oil drops for ears.
Had blocked ears for 2 weeks, 1 of those weeks been using olive oil drops to soften the wax and then use syringe to wash wax out.. nothing was coming out.so i did some google for alternative to olive oil and i came across peroxide!its cheap so purchased it, just tried it now 5 drops into the ear, leave it for 10 minutes it stats to sizzle, then go wash your ear with a syringe and all the wax came out.. amazing stuff. baffling why people are using olive oil when this is far more superior for ear wax removal.

Whitens teeth well
I use this to whiten my teeth at home and it works really well at a fraction of the cost of other whitening products which don't have as much peroxide in. Use carefully with a cotton bud and coat each tooth or you can add some to your toothbrush and gently clean for half a minute or so. Do this each day for a week with your normal toothbrushing technique and you will have pearly whites for next to nothing. Be careful to not leave the bleach on too long on your gums as they will burn.

Great for whitening!
I love tea and found my teeth are slightly stained. Been using this for about a month and seen a huge difference. Best way to use is with a cotton bud as it can damage gums so best to be precise. Use it about 2/3 times a week for the first 2 weeks then switched to once a week. Much cheaper than whitening strips and does the same job. If your going to use as a mouth wash then make sure you dilute as it’s not recommended for frequent use neat.
