I mix this tea with my matcha, bcaa's, creatine and hydrate. It makes a great healthy natural energy drink I sip on throughout the morning. Easy to prepare and not too strong of a flavor.

Amazing drink that what I have to say!

What struck me at first was the aroma of the tea in the bag, it’s so fragrant and refreshing although the bags seem to be in there haphazardly. I follow the directions on the packaging and the tea is delicious. It doesn’t brew dark like I usually like it so sometimes I add a decaf black tea bag to the brew (Yerba Mate has a lot of caffeine). I do notice that I don’t have as much of an appetite as I did before I started drinking it. Not enough caffeine to keep me up at night even though I have my second cup around 8pm.
