Great Little Monitor
I'm a drummer and I bought this monitor to sit at the side of the kit to enable me to get a mix of vocals etc from the P.A. when playing live. I have to say so far it's done the job. It's quite loud considering it's 80w capacity but not deafening like some larger monitors. Using the volume and eq you can get a nice level without the unit distorting and as long as you can keep it fairly close to you there is no issue when trying to make level adjustments. Mine sits on a low modified microphone stand on an attachment that I had to buy separately. But it would be just at home on the floor angled upwards towards you or on a stool or chair. Overall it's a great little monitor and a space saver when it comes to transporting it to gigs.

Great value, limited gain. Perfect for vocal rehearsals.
Bought as a personal monitor / rehearsal speaker for singing rehearsals - I work as a musical director in theatre. It works well for that purpose, and goes loud enough. Sound is clear and balanced; no real bass, but that is to be expected from a lightweight compact speaker. USB stick and Bluetooth are both very useful and make it ideal for rehearsal use. My only real criticism is that there could be more gain on the line in (I haven't tested the mic input, so that may exhibit the same behaviour). The speaker will go quite loud - loud enough, I would say, for personal monitoring at, say, big band or function band levels - though not louder then that. The gain on the line in is a bit weak, though, so the knobs both have to be turned up quite a bit, and/or the input needs to be quite hot to get a decent level. At high gain the speaker can be a bit noisy (hissy) too - not much of a problem for rehearsals or monitoring, but worth thinking about; those two issues together factor against using it as a miniature PA for acoustic gigs, which is something that similar looking (but more expensive) models from Mackie, Behringer etc. can do. Still, this little speaker is perfect for rehearsals, especially with its BT, USB and 3.5mm connectivity, and I wouldn't hesitate to use it as a personal monitor as a keys player or conductor. And, for how useful it is, it is really very inexpensive!

Light and easy to handle
I bought this to replace a rather heavy PA speaker system which, although it worked well and gave me no problems, added a lot of weight to my 'kit' of laptop, projector, screen etc which I use for history themed PowerPoint presentations for local community groups. This is roughly half the weight of the existing PA, which is important to me. So far, it seems to be very good and powerful enough for a room of 30 -40. I have had the 'replaced' PA system for 3 years without problems and I will keep it for backup in case of problems.

Good for small stages.
The sound distorts at loud volume. It is fine for small stages like pubs or small events though. I'm a drummer and have also bought a cymbal stand to attach this to so it closer to my ear. It really acts as a boost to PA sound on stage rather than being loud and clear. It is adequate as I've described and easily portable although a handle would have been useful. It has a useful array of inputs for versatility.

Great unit and fantastic value
Bought as a present for my brother who is a professional saxophone player. Needed it to practice along to backing tracks. Great little unit and a good sound. Volume is perfect for practicing and could even use for small gigs.

can not hear your self
very poor sound , can not hear your voice , which is the point of a monitor ,to late to return, so its stuck in the box ,total waste of money.

Compact amp/speaker
Spot on! Does everything I could ask of it. Used for foldback on stage for singers in a show. Ample volume and quality of sound. I use it hard wired from a mixer to give me total control. Highly recommended

A little quiet but very portable
Pros, easy to use, pretty small, light so it's easy to carry. Cons, it doesnt go as loud as I'd like sometimes. Suits me just about but I wouldn't recommend as a monitor if you're in a band.
