I absolutely adore this steamer! The handle feels sturdy with well-made plastic, delivering powerful steam pressure. This company makes great products, but I had a couple of issues with this order. First, my accessories were missing, which I am sure the company would have willingly sent them, but I ended up returning it because there are conflicting instructions about the amount of water it holds. When adding the specified amount of water, it overflows, so capacity is less than stated. Consequently, runtime is also less than stated, which means constant cycles of shutting down, cooling, and refilling. It makes jobs very lengthy. Instead of asking for an exchange or just the missing accessories, I decided to return and order a larger unit. If you have very small jobs, though, this is phenomenal. Great heat, strong cleaning power, easily transported with carrying strap, long cord. Just size up to a larger model if you have anything more than a 15 minute job.

This thing was well over $100 bucks and came with a broken stand which infigured I could deal with, well after it ceased to work 2nd use I had to ask myself why i attempted to buy a better more expensive brand so this didn’t happen but yet I got taken again. Still t have not heard anything from them as I spoke with Amazon and they were contacting company,…,now months later I’m out $100 plus and it sits in a box . I even figured maybe it was a fluke and attempted to use again, nope dead nothing. If you’re looking for reliability and customer service with the thought they’d back it and you soend a few more bucks for a good brand - keep looking . Geuss once again I took another one for the team, shame on you Mcollouch Update I’ve gone over Amazon as they failed to remedy anything related to this and contact the company. Well apparently Amazon sold me an old products, because McCullogh said to forward them my receipt it’s out of wastrenty being an old product! So I did it’s just under a year I perchased it from Amazon, but REALLY! So if I had no receipt and bought it elsewhere I’d be s&$## out of luck because some company is selling Mcculloghs old inventory? I really sdont see how that would be my fault or loss . I paid over $100 for this thing. We’ll see the remedy I’m waiting on reply. More amend more what use to be quality names are not standing up to the brand and the customer service is just subpar. Maybe a trump needs to set some standards if your allowed to operate in our USA. Funny if I find this thing has been made in China LOL

I've been waiting impatiently to receive this power steamer! It was incredibly easy to set up. I have so many projects to complete and started right away. We have lived in our home for 32 years with 4 kids so you can imagine the accumulation of dirt, grime, grease, oh my. Started on the oven, then nasty shower, sinks, cabinet doors. Still lots to go. Watch before and after shower videos! I have the oven, fridge door, cabinet doors, and sinks too but this is the most important. The run time is just long enough to steam and then wipe down. I will say, I have ordered additional brushes because the ones that come with the 1270 are small (hopefully they fit).

Well, I started with a $35 handheld that got nowhere near hot enough to disinfect. So I returned it and got this. Pros: - not too big - gets hot enough to sanitize - easy to fill and use - great mop to do large surfaces - good handheld wire scrub to clean tough places Cons - dangerous: attachments come undone while using. They snap into place with difficulty , and then snap out of place as you are using them (which makes no sense). Result is steam burn (see hand photo) - lock comes undone almost too easily. - poorly made. Mop attachment handle broke on only third use (see attachment) - poor design. You can loop the cord around the base but it’s super inconvenient. Also no place to hook the flexible tube. I suggest they look at how bissel designed their similarly sized pet cleaner for ideas. - size related- you only get a few seconds of « blue » light at a time. It has to build the pressure back up in between. I wish there were a beep so you’d know when to stop if your purpose is to sanitize. - I wish the holder was more than a canvas bag. It’s very messy to put away. - attachments get used fast and I wish manual was clearer on which to use for what. I ruined one of the brushed within seconds of use because it was too soft for grout. - I wish there was an attachment between mop size (large surface) and largest brush (med/small). - you still have to scrub quite a bit, and it takes a number of « fills » to deep clean a medium sized grimy area like a kitchen floor. But it does work.

The seal to the steamer broke in the first week of use. I was unable to get a replacement part. Had to take the time to box up and return the whole item. Not happy with the product based on that.

Best steam cleaner, lots of attack to with large enough water capacity to last full kitchen clean.

Hands down the best steamer brand out there.

There is somewhat of a learning curve to get started, but that’s the case with all steamers. The attachments feel cheap and don’t always connect to the machine with ease. I often have to fiddle a lot to get the attachments on. I really researched before buying this steamer too. I would likely not purchase it again, but it also preforms mostly as expected.
