I rarely leave Amazon reviews unless I feel very passionate about a product and this is a backpack I love! I ordered and returned a couple of other backpacks from other sellers on Amazon because they weren't quite what I wanted, which was a simple, modern and professional looking backpack that could be used for overnight work trips as well as weekend trips when I don't want to bring my much larger travel bag or roller. The key is to have pockets and design that actually makes sense and is functional, so this bag really checked all my boxes. It's very durable from what I can tell so far, I love the pocket placements, including the secret pocket in the back and the inside pockets for laptop and other small items, and I really like the wire frame at the top which holds the bag open and from drooping. I have not had any issues going through security with the wire frame as I read another reviewer mention on here. It holds a lot! I easily fit a pair of shoes, my cosmetic case and clothes for 3 days in here. Highly recommend!

this bag is roomy, sturdy, there is multiple pockets and padded area for electronics, i traveled with an ipad, a kindle all my chargers, change of clothes, lots of extra items and still had room, it has 2 side pockets for water bottle or other items, and a small zippered one on the front for little items like lip balm, gum ear buds etc. and a concealed zipper one on the back also. overall great bag!!!!

Absolutely worth the buy! Great for traveling and great for work. Stylish and great quality. I am able to hold a lot of stuff in the bag. Also makes a good diaper bag.

So I'm a pretty picky person when it comes to backpacks. I needed a backpack for university and for traveling. I wanted something that was sturdy and something that could actually hold everything that I need and still be comfortable to wear. I've had this backpack for about 4months and I love it!Pros:-comfortable to wear. Has decent padding in the back and shoulder straps so that it doesn't hurt to carry even when loaded with heavy books.-wide mouth. I love that when I open it I can see and access everything in my bag easily.-Lots of space! It is only slightly larger than the average backpack and yet carries 10x more. It seriously like a Mary Poppins situation.-pockets! Has a really good sized front pocket, some sleeves inside that can fit your phone, some pens/pencils, gum, whatever. And then it has a laptop sleeve and a sleeve I can fit my 6th get iPad, both are padded and have a security strap. Has a backpocket too that I personally don't use. Not a crazy amount of pockets, just a good amount.-back strap for holding the backpack into a suitcase-huge side pockets will hold any water bottle or reusable coffee cup with ease and won't make you struggle to put it back in/ take it out.-usually stands up by itself (will fall if it's top heavy obviously).-easy to clean/doesnt show dirt/nice material! Wipes clean easily.-I like the option to attach an external battery!-great price for what you get honestly. I wasn't expecting it!Cons:-as other reviews have said (this is why my review is 4 instead of 5 stars) the pull tabs do break. Mine broke after about 3months. HOWEVER, the zippers are good quality so all you have to do is replace the pull tab which I did with some metal ones I ordered on amazon for 5$. The backpack is so perfect in every other respect that I wasn't really bothered by this.-you do have to hold the tab to open the backpack (meaning this isn't opened easily with one hand). I do not fault the backpack for this, every wide mouth framed backpack I've tried like this has had this problem. If you want a one hand opening back pack don't buy one with a framed opening.I've tried a lot of backpacks, including some real expensive ones and some Timbuktu messanger bags, and this is by far my favorite backpack! Love it, not going back.If you buy it, spend the extra 5$ on some metal pull tabs, its worth it!

This top-loading knapsack is great. The fabric is Tumi-like. The capacity, bc of top-loading design, is so generous. And externally, it’s stylish with the leather tabs and labels. A terrific value. Bought for my daughter for college. Charger a big plus!

I love that this doesn't require me to flip a flap out of the way to get to my stuff. I carry numerous business files in here and the pocket for my iPad is perfect, with plenty of extra space. The charger thing didn't seem to fit right and came out of its slot, but I didn't need it so I took it out. It seems very sturdy and it's attractive.

I was honestly not expecting this to be a great backpack even though the reviews said so. It is great! It fits my MacBook perfectly and I love how it opens up so that you can see everything you need. I bought it for airplane travel but since my trip I now use it for work too! Love all the pockets my 40 oz hydroflask fits great in side pocket

I was in love with this bag until it rained. It is not water proof as described. While my items weren't soaked, they were wet. Having to carry a laptop, this bag isn't great for protection. It is very comfortable to carry and large for various items.
