I have a lot of tummy issues. Irritable Bowl and the fun symptoms that go along with it. I’ve been taking the Prebiotic at nice before bed and it helps so much! You don’t realize how important your intestinal flora is until you start taking supplements that make all the difference! Let’s face it- in today’s world it’s difficult to eat all the fruits and vegetables you show and our flora suffers as a result. The constantly cycles fluctuating back and forth and the tummy bloating has vastly improved- improvement I did get with probiotics alone. Seems to be working very well. Cheaper than product I bought in the past. About a year or so ago I found out that taking a pre and probiotic works better for me than taking just a probiotic. Recently I had to compare prices with another product. Found this one and find it works well. Also taking only once a day rather than twice.

I have been using this product for a few years. I started doing more research on probiotics because I don't want to be dependent on them for the rest of my life. I discovered that 90% of the products out there are ineffective. Meaning bacteria are anaerobic and therefore can't survive in oxygenated environments. If they do make it past that hurdle, they typically won't survive the harsh acidic condition of the stomach. So, basically not much is any good bacteria is making it to my gut. In my research I discovered what is called True Probiotics. These are spore bacteria that are protected from oxygen and acid and theoretically make it to the gut. I am going to try and spore probiotic and my hope is I will replenish my gut and get off probiotics all together.

These MAV Nutrition probiotic capsules I find effective. I notice a difference in my energy levels and my overall feeling of wellbeing when I'm taking them. When I don't take them for a few days I go back to feeling sluggish and not as mentally sharp. Good price too. I recommend these probiotics.

My gut is very sensitive. This product seems to be accepted, which is a relief! I have high hopes of it helping my gut heath long term… now if only I can get through the farting stage!
