Azzurro Men's Dress Vest Set Neck Tie, Hanky for Suit or Tuxedo

I was looking for a way to both class up an event and show my support for the Pittsburgh Pens and this was the perfect fit. I was a little iffy about buying a vest and tie online at the last minute, but the Azzurro vest actually fit pretty well. I typically wear a medium when it comes to shirts and sweaters but decided to order a large to be on the safe side. I'm really glad I did because this fit perfectly. It looked a little big when I took it out of the bag, but going over the undershirt and dress shirt, the extra room worked well. You're able to tighten it in the back like a typical vest as well. The tie and handkerchief were also pretty good quality. The handkerchief was the worst of the three, with a bit of fraying on the edges, but nothing too hard to remedy.One note was that all three items needed a quick iron to be ready to wear. Just a bit wrinkled coming out of the box. But got plenty of compliments on the vest and color, so this is a great, low cost option to class it up.

I purchased two of these vests via Amazon recently, and I am quite pleased with both of them.To be fair, I was a bit hasty in my order, so their too-large fit was almost definitely my fault, and not that of Azzurro or Amazon. Silly me!I encourage the reader to learn from my mistake, and obtain measurements of their torso, waist, and arm before committing to a size.Common sense, really.Now that I have had them altered, they fit beautifully, and they provide exactly the touch of elegance that I was looking for.I confess that I was a bit leery of the dubiously-identified material, specified as "100% microfibers," but, upon feeling and examiningthe fabric for myself, I learned that it is of high quality, with a silky texture and lustrous appearance. Even the buttons seem well-made.The design is generous yet well-proportioned, with ample coverage, so the vests look quite nice even without a blazer.I like them very much, and I recommend them. Just remember to get your measurements first!

Says it fits 48" chest and it is snug. My husband wears suits, jackets, shirts, polos, all size 48 long and he measures exactly 48" chest.This vest barely buttoned and showed a bit of separation so he kept his jacket on during the ceremony. There's no slack or room to move in the sizing. So if you measure the exact same size as stated I recommend buying the next size up if you want room to move. The vest has a back adjustment to tighten.I would have exchanged the size but did not have enough time before the wedding.

We buy high-end pieces for our theater productions. This one definitely met up to all of our standards. I would not think twice about ordering this brand for a wedding or any other formal event. It held up to numerous performances as well as the rehearsals that preceded. Looked fabulous under theater lights and house lights, and the actor received many complements. He was performing as a very highbrow English gentleman, and people were shocked that we paid as little as we did for such high-quality a garment. The addition of the tie and the pocket scarf were a wonderful bonus. I would pay the same price even if they weren't included, and yet, they too will be used in additional productions and for formal attire purposes.

Order two sizes bigger than what you expect to wear if you have any kind of belly. I normally wear an XL but ordered the 2XL it fit perfectly across my shoulders but I could barely get it buttoned. It looks good worn and is made well. Make sure you have time to either carefully iron it or take it to the dry cleaners because the way it is packaged leaves it with severe creases which were difficult to remove. Overall well worth the money spent.

Listen, this is a nice vest. BUT before you order I would suggest going up a size. I went off the chart and ordered an XLarge for my husband. After seeing that it was to tight around his mid section I had to reorder another one.Here is the thing, the 2XLarge is still just a little snug. But he can deal with it.I contacted them about sending back the other one that I don't need since it doesn't fit. I had to pay the shipping to send this item back. For a $29.00 item, to pay $10.39 to send it back to them just isn't worth it.I've used amazon a TON! and I've never had to pay shipping back when something was damaged or a wrong size. So this was disappointing to me.

Reading the reviews about sizing, I ordered a large even though I am a perfect Medium. Well, I was right, it fit perfect! Thank you to all of you who included that in with your review. I like the cut and fit of the vest. The coloring, however? I ordered charcoal, which; I always understood to mean somewhere in the gray color family. This was the oddest of colors? Somewhere between a lavender or maybe gun-metal grey with a blush? The color is kinda growing on me, but I can't use it for its intended purpose, for work. An evening out, however. I was sold on the cut, it falls real nice on me, but I am a petite man.

I bought this for my husband for a wedding in the fall. I'm so glad I read the reviews before buying it.... he is normally a size XL, and I ordered up a size to XXL. So glad I did! XL would've been too small!I was amazed how fast this item was shipped! Ordered Friday night, on my doorstep Monday afternoon! Plus, you can't beat the price and quality!
