can you take these tablets indefinately

I don’t know but to begin with I took 2 on a day when I was drinking or eating spicy food like an Indian. I only have to take one now. These tablets have changed my life. I used to throw up every time I drank heavily because of the stomach acid but havnt been sick in a year. It definately seems to of helped my stomach acid in general when I’ve not even taken a tablet
