Im 5'3" and 145pd should i get a medium or a large?

Probably medium I’m 5’6 and 122pd got small and it was tight

I am 5'4" and about 130, would a small fit?

I would go a size up. I ordered a size up and glad I did. It is very clingy.

If this doesn't fit are there free returns or would I have to pay to return it?

I have no idea, I guess if you return it the will give you your money back.

Definitely do not get a medium, I did last year and I’m a little smaller than that and it was too small. Also the material is just awful and it was very disappointing.
